(February 2, 2012)  VMS Ventures plans to raise two million dollars through the offer and sale of 4.4 million flow through shares at 45 cents per share.  The funds are intended to be used to explore and advance their mineral properties in Manitoba.

              VMS Ventures is focused primarily on acquiring, exploring and developing copper, zinc, gold, silver massive sulphide deposits in the Flin Flon Snow Lake VMS belt. Its portfolio includes the Reed Copper Project along with the McClarty Lake, Sails Lake, Puella Bay and Morton Lake Projects. Outside the Snow Lake belt they hold properties near the past producing Fox Lake and Ruttan copper zinc mines near Lynn Lake and Leaf Rapids.
