(February 6, 2012)  Ruth Betts Community School in Flin Flon is holding a celebrity reading night Wednesday.

The School’s Kristina Lies says several local celebrities will be featured including Mayor George Fontaine, Fire Chief Jim Petrie, and Dallas Clark from CFAR along with the Youth Center.  She says they will read a story with groups and do an exercise or craft activity with the parents and children.  She adds they are going to have pizza and snacks in an evening of reading and sharing literacy among their families.

              The reading night will run from 6 to 8 Wednesday at Ruth Betts Community School.  All children attending will receive a certificate for a free book and other prizes will be awarded.
